What SecondRing is

SecondRing is an AI-powered front desk for home-service businesses. When your shop misses a call, our system texts the caller back, answers common questions, books appointments, and follows up for reviews — in English or Spanish, around the clock. It is software, not a human answering service.

Pricing and billing

• $149 per month, flat. No per-minute charges, no usage fees, no setup fee.
• Month-to-month. No contract, no minimum term.
• Cancel anytime. When you cancel, billing stops — no retention calls, no cancellation fees.

Setup

Setup is done for you, typically within 48 hours. You provide your services, hours, service area, and booking preferences; we build and configure your text-back playbook. Carrier registration for business texting is handled during setup.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information (services, hours, service area, booking rules).
• Keep your call forwarding or missed-call notifications working so the system can detect missed calls.
• Use the service lawfully and only for your own business's callers.

No guaranteed results

SecondRing responds to every missed call quickly and consistently, but we cannot promise a specific number of recovered jobs, bookings, or reviews. Results depend on your call volume, trade, market, and how jobs are booked.

Availability

We aim for the service to run continuously. Like all software, occasional maintenance or carrier issues can cause brief interruptions; we'll fix them as fast as we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
